What is your return & exchange policy?

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to offer exchanges. We want to ensure you love your new piece, so please carefully review the size guide below to confirm your fit before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great pride in the quality of our gear, but we understand that mistakes can happen during production. If your merchandise arrives damaged due to a print or production error, please contact us at support@preachthegospel.store within 24–48 hours of receiving your package.

To help us resolve this quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged area(s) and the garment as a whole.

Once verified, we will prioritize a replacement for you at no additional cost to ensure you have a piece you're proud to wear.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes a size chart. Please double-check your measurements before placing an order, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for selecting the wrong size.

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is made to order specifically for you, so please allow 14–21 days for your order to be crafted, processed, and shipped. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, often sooner.
